1. Agreement To Terms

By accessing or using our website and services (courses, store, job board, affiliates), you agree to these Terms in full. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our services.

2. Definitions

  • “User” / “You” / “Customer” — any person using the site, buying goods or courses, participating in affiliate program or job board.

  • “Services” — includes online courses, e-commerce store, job board, affiliate services.

  • “Digital Content” — any course, video, downloadable material, online training modules.

  • “Physical Goods” — any items purchased in the shop.

3. Use of Services

3.1 Account & Access:

You must register your own account with true information. Course access and purchases are strictly tied to your account. You may not share access credentials or allow simultaneous multiple-user access. If you do, we reserve the right to immediately suspend or terminate your account, without refund.

3.2 Prohibited Use:

You must not:

  • copy, reproduce, republish, upload or distribute any content from the site (text, video, graphics) without explicit written permission.

  • use the site for illegal purposes.

  • attempt to bypass security features, piracy protection, or restrict access controls.

3.3 Intellectual Property:

All course materials, site content, logos, designs, images, videos, and written content remain the exclusive property of The Door Supervisor Hub (unless otherwise stated). Unauthorized use or distribution is prohibited.

We reserve the right to remove access and initiate legal action if infringement, piracy, account sharing or content theft is detected.

4. Purchases, Payments & Delivery

4.1 Physical Products:

When you purchase items from our shop, you enter a contract of sale governed by these Terms. Payment is handled via secure third-party processors.

4.2 Digital Content (Courses):

By purchasing access to digital content, you acknowledge that once access is granted you accept that no refunds will be provided.

4.3 Subscription Services (e.g. Job Board):

Any job board or subscription-based service fees are non-refundable as soon as payment is processed.

5. Returns & Refunds**

Our Returns & Refund Policy (see separate page) applies to all physical goods. For digital content: no refunds are given once access is granted.

6. Affiliate Program (if applicable)**

If you join our affiliate program, you agree to:

  • promote only via approved channels

  • not falsify sales or misuse discount codes

  • comply with all UK marketing and advertising laws

  • accept that final sale attribution lies with our system — we determine legit sales

Wrongful or fraudulent activity will result in account termination, withholding of commissions, and possible legal action.

7. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimer

We make no guarantees that our courses will result in employment, license approval, certification, or success. We are not liable for any financial, legal, or personal damages arising from use of our services.

8. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted online with a new “Last updated” date. Continuing to use the site constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales. Disputes will be resolved under UK jurisdiction.

Refund & Returns Policy

Physical Goods (Shop Purchases)

  • You have 14 calendar days from the date of delivery to return an item.

  • Returned items must be unused, in original condition, with all original tags, packaging and documentation.

  • A 25% handling/restocking fee will be deducted from your refund if the return is not due to a fault.

  • Customer is responsible for return shipping (unless item is faulty).

  • If item is faulty, we will offer either a replacement or a full refund. Proof (photo or inspection) may be required.

Digital Content / Online Courses

  • Once you have been granted access to a course (video, login credentials, downloadable materials or streaming), no refund is permitted.

  • You agree to this by purchasing the access — once granted, digital content is considered delivered.

Job Board / Subscription Services

  • All job board adverts or subscription-based services are final upon payment — no refund if a company forgets to cancel or after publishing.

Licence & Access Revocation

We reserve the right to revoke access to any course if a user is found to:

  • share their account or login credentials

  • illegally copy, distribute or share course materials

  • breach these policies or our Terms & Conditions

Revocation of access carries no refund. Legal action may be taken against content theft or distribution.

 

COURSE TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Course Nature

 

All courses provided are educational and informational in nature. Completion of any course does not guarantee employment, licensing, certification, or regulatory approval unless explicitly stated in writing.

 

2. Eligibility

 

You confirm that:

 

  • You are at least 18 years old

  • You meet any prerequisite requirements

  • You are legally permitted to undertake training

 

 

3. Access & Delivery

 

 

  • Course access is granted digitally

  • Access periods may be time-limited

  • Sharing login credentials is prohibited

  • We may revoke access for breaches

 

 

4. Assessments & Completion

 

 

  • Completion criteria are defined per course

  • Certificates are issued only upon successful completion

  • We reserve the right to revoke certificates obtained fraudulently

 

 

5. CPD Hours

 

Where CPD hours are advertised:

 

  • Hours reflect learning time estimates

  • Recognition by external bodies is not guaranteed

  • Responsibility for acceptance rests with the learner’s employer or regulator

 

 

6. Refunds

 

 

  • Digital content is non-refundable once accessed

  • Statutory consumer rights remain unaffected

 

 

7. Prohibited Conduct

 

Learners must not:

 

  • Record, distribute, or resell content

  • Misrepresent course outcomes

  • Use content to train others commercially without permission

 

 

8. Termination

 

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for:

 

  • Policy breaches

  • Abuse or misuse

  • Legal or regulatory risk

 

 


 

 

EDUCATIONAL & PROFESSIONAL DISCLAIMER

Course content does not constitute legal advice, operational instruction, or regulatory approval.

Learners must:

 

  • Follow local laws and employer policies

    are owned by The Door Supervisor Hub or licensed to us.

 

 

2. Licence Granted

 

Learners are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access content for personal educational use only.

 

3. Prohibited Use

 

You must not:

 

  • Copy or redistribute content

  • Upload content to other platforms

  • Use content to create competing products

 

 

4. Enforcement

Acceptance of CPD hours is at the discretion of:

3. Record Keeping
